ING Commercial Finance – number one in the market in 2014
It was a very good year for ING Commercial Finance. The current leader position is the coping stone of many years of hard work on consistent acceleration of the number of clients and market activity. There are reasons for satisfaction as ING Commercial Finance posted this result in the highly competitive landscape and in the quickly developing factoring market in Poland – said Michał Bolesławski, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of ING Commercial Finance and Vice-President of ING Bank Śląski S.A.

The main sources of ING Commercial Finance success are: clients’ trust, close cooperation with ING Bank Śląski S.A. which contributed to the dynamic growth in the number of clients, as well as development of the product offer for clients from all segments, responding to market needs and employee engagement – said Tomasz Mazurkiewicz, President of ING Commercial Finance.
As at the end of 2014, ING Commercial Finance turnover totalled PLN 16,876.43 million and was higher by as much as PLN 4 billion as compared with the same period in 2013 – it is 31% more than a year before. The company increased its share in the market to 14.76% versus 13.3% as at the 2013 yearend. It should be highlighted that the growth rate of the company is much higher than the market’s.
ING Commercial Finance also leads in terms of the number of financed invoices. As at the 2014 yearend, there were 1,157 thousand invoices. This is 241 thousand more than a year before when ING CF financed 916 thousand invoices. According to the Polish Factors Association data, as at the 2014 yearend, the turnover reached PLN 114,447 million. In comparison with the same period of the previous year, it went up by over 18.5%.
